Personal assistance is a service according to LSS (the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and privacy, contributing to a smooth daily life.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, committed, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiatives and see what needs to be done. As a personal assistant to our client, you will provide social support and contribute to an active and meaningful daily life. You will, among other things, accompany her on outings and trips, support her in her training, and ensure that she participates in activities and visits outside the home. The client enjoys watching movies - both at home and in the cinema - reading, painting, and spending time with her family.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• wants to work with a woman in her 36s living in Spånga
• has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• is non-smoking
• is reliable and has good initiative

It is also an advantage if you:

• have experience in similar work
• share the client's interests

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is "As long as the assistance assignment lasts" and the position is approximately 32%. The job involves work during daytime, evening, and night. Day shifts are scheduled between 08:00-19:00 and the overnight shifts extend from 08:00 to 08:00 the following day, with 8.5 hours of standby time. Work occurs on both weekdays and weekends.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations are made according to collective agreements.

Start date

Immediately or according to agreement.

Being employed at Humana

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you can present valid ID and any documents that support your right to work in Sweden. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
