At Assistera Skandinavien AB, we are a family-oriented company specializing in personal assistance according to LSS. We value everyone in the business – users, relatives, and assistants – and work to ensure that everyone feels comfortable.

We are now looking for committed and responsible female personal assistants for a client West in the city. She is around 45 years old, uses aids in her daily life, and appreciates a calm, respectful, and attentive approach. Good communication and being included in decisions are important to her.

As a personal assistant, you provide support in what is needed for daily life to function – for example, transfers, household chores, personal hygiene, and activities both inside and outside the home. You also assist with documentation and reporting and perform certain delegated tasks from healthcare.

• Is a woman of working age
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Is calm, attentive, and respectful
• Is meticulous, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Has experience in care and nursing (preferable)
• Has experience with stoma, KAD, and medication management (preferable)
• Driver's license is not required but is a plus

• Day, evening, and night shifts as needed with the possibility of a fixed schedule
• Salary according to collective agreement
• Hourly or monthly employment depending on the arrangement
