About the role

As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will be a central part of our customers' IT journeys. You will take overall responsibility for the customer's IT environment and act as their extended arm in IT matters. In addition to supporting existing customers, you will also play a key role in onboarding new customers to Videnca, which means leading integration processes and serving as a technical project manager.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Acting as the customer's IT manager, understanding their IT challenges, and proposing solutions based on Videnca's services and systems.
• Approving new sales and significant changes in the customer's IT environment.
• Taking technical responsibility for all changes made on behalf of the customer and ensuring they are successfully implemented.
• Acting as an advisor and contact person for technical questions and solutions at the customer.
• Being responsible for onboarding new customers, including project management and technical advice during the process.
• Participating in early stages of negotiations with new customers and contributing as an expert in technical matters related to contracts.

You will also work closely with both the customer's and Videnca's teams to ensure that the customer's IT environment is optimized and meets their needs in the best possible way.

About you

We are looking for someone who has a combination of technical expertise and business acumen. You enjoy working closely with customers, are solution-oriented, and have a natural authority in both technical and strategic discussions.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• Solid experience in technical consulting, project management, or a similar role, preferably within IT infrastructure or security.
• The ability to understand and manage complex IT environments.
• A very good understanding of technical solutions, architecture, and integration.
• Experience participating in negotiations and contributing technical expertise.
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical solutions in an educational manner.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in security-classified environments or working with critical societal functions.
• Certifications in IT architecture or project management (e.g., TOGAF, PMP).
• Previous experience working with customer onboarding or as an IT architect.

A B driver's license and very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, are required for the role. Please note that the position is security-classified, which means a security clearance will be conducted according to the Security Protection Act.
