About the role:

Currently, we have assistance users in Ekerö looking for new assistants! As a personal assistant with us, you will receive thorough introductory training so that you can feel secure in your role.

We believe that you as a person are confident, pedagogical, and proactive. Previous experience in personal assistance or similar professions is advantageous, but often it is the personal chemistry that matters. We are looking for assistants for both permanent positions and hourly contracts. We seek both experienced assistants and those who are new to the profession.

You need to have an understanding of what personal assistance is and that it is based on each individual's needs and wishes.

About the recruitment process:

Your application will be visible to our Clients and their personal Supervisors. If you are selected, the Supervisor will contact you for an interview. Before you start working, you will receive paid training so that you can feel secure in your assignment. As part of our recruitment process, we always conduct a background check before employment. If you are offered a position with a minor Client, you will also need to show an extract from the police criminal record.
