Vintervägen is a nursing home with 54 apartments, providing care for individuals with somatic illnesses as well as those with dementia. You will work day/evening and weekends with us. 

We are looking for someone who is driven by working with people and making a real difference for our clients every day. You have the ability to empower and support clients in all aspects of daily life.

As a person, you are meticulous and engaged with clients and their relatives. You find it easy to collaborate, have a pedagogical approach, and contribute to a good and pleasant atmosphere in our workplace.

Job Description

With us, you will perform the usual tasks of a nursing assistant. 

We have new clients who need care and are now expanding our friendly team with more nursing assistants. It is an advantage if you have experience in elderly care and delegation.

We are looking for you with nursing assistant training and experience in caregiving.  

Qualifications

• Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 points.
• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills/computer familiarity
• Driver's license B (depending on segment/job)

You enjoy providing good service, building great relationships, and want to enhance the quality of life for our clients. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about caring for the elderly and can see the individual's needs. Having a leadership role is stimulating, and you enjoy mentoring your colleagues in health and medical care issues.
