About the assignment

Our client is currently undergoing an expansive transformation journey, and we are looking for someone who wants to contribute with structure, service, and commitment in the role of Senior Administrator in a socially important organization. You will support leaders/managers in a technology-heavy environment where organizational development, process improvements, and digital management are in focus.

Your tasks

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Coordinate procurement of consultants and recruitment

• Support the introduction process of new employees

• Be responsible for internal communication efforts – newsletters, intranet, meeting notes, etc.

• Plan and conduct meetings and conferences

• Coordinate forecasting and budgeting work

• Support operational reporting

• Contribute to project and IT management communication

We are looking for someone who has:

- Completed education from a college preparatory high school program
- At least 5 years of experience as an administrator in a complex organization
- Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Very good Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
- At least 2 years of experience supporting managers in procurement or recruitment
- At least 2 years of experience introducing new employees

Extra qualifications:

- Experience or education in internal/external communication
- Experience or education in financial reporting

Additional information

Location: Sundbyberg, Stockholm (possibility for remote work 50%)
Assignment period: Full-time position from October 1, 2025 – October 1, 2026
Application deadline: August 8, 2025

Option: Possibility for extension up to September 30, 2029 (1+1+1 year)
