About the role: Here at Estrella, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team and take full ownership of some of our snack categories. Your tasks are as versatile and varied as the flavors in our product range, and you will have great opportunities to influence with your ideas and thoughts. With responsibility for creating growth and profitability for your product categories, you will manage the entire value chain for our product portfolio, from market analysis, product development, and assortment strategy to innovation and marketing. You will simply be the project leader who develops our offerings and ensures a strong and flavorful assortment for our customers.

Examples of some of your upcoming tasks:

• Analyze trends, sales, competitors, and follow up on your own portfolio.
• Responsible for your own product portfolio, including assortment strategy, roadmaps, and budget.
• Develop plans for growth and profitability for your product segments.
• Drive product development projects in cross-functional teams (from consumer insight to finished product).
• Collaborate internally with sales, category, factory, sister companies in the Nordics/Europe, external agencies, and other functions.
• Drive sales and brand-building activities.
• Develop packaging design and communication.
• Create compelling presentations for customers and the sales team.

About you:

Are you at the beginning of your journey as a product manager in the grocery retail sector? Great, we look forward to taking the next step together! You are passionate about product development and enjoy being involved in the entire value chain, from idea to launch. Project management comes naturally to you, you like to take responsibility, drive processes forward, and create profitability for your category. You are unpretentious and appreciate a close team that helps each other to fill the entire snack shelf.

• University or college degree in economics/marketing.
• Some years of experience in a similar role and tasks within grocery retail.
• Previous experience in driving your own projects.
• Excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good analytical skills and ability to collaborate.
• Unpretentious team player with a clear results drive.
