We are looking for a Project Manager in Sourcing for our client in Huskvarna. In the role of Project Manager in Advanced Sourcing, you will be responsible for leading strategic sourcing initiatives that support the development and optimization of digital platforms. This includes CRM systems, e-commerce solutions, and other digital ecosystems. The role ensures that sourcing strategies align with the organization's digital transformation goals, improvements in customer experience, and technological roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead and make decisions in the sourcing project concerning the development and optimization of digital platforms, CRM tools, and e-commerce technologies – including both license management, application management (AMS), and ongoing further development.
• Plan, prioritize, and execute project activities with a clear focus on goals and timelines.
• Follow up and report on the project's status and results, ensuring it stays within the parameters of time, budget, and quality.
• Close the project in a structured manner and document experiences and lessons learned for future improvements.
• Promote good collaboration between the project and the line organization, and create effective communication channels.
• Manage and develop relationships with suppliers together with other members of the project team.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (such as GDPR), cybersecurity requirements, and internal procurement guidelines are considered and integrated into the new supplier strategy.

• Lead and empower the project team, including distributing responsibilities and delegating authorities to team members.
• Make decisions within the project's established frameworks and goals.
• Escalate critical issues or unresolved problems to the project sponsor or steering group when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the project is delivered successfully and achieves its expected outcomes.
• Deliver according to defined scope, within time frame and budget, with minimal risk.
• Maintain a clear connection to the program's overall vision, purpose, and strategy.
• Follow the client's regulations and guidelines for project management throughout the project's lifecycle.
• Provide full transparency into the project's status, risks, and changes to program management and relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments within the project and implement preventive measures where needed.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of project management, including tools, methods, and approaches such as Waterfall and Agile, as well as the ability to apply a hybrid model when necessary.
• More than five years of practical experience in strategic sourcing or project management in areas such as digital commerce, CRM systems, or digital platforms.
• Good understanding of digital ecosystems, including CRM, CMS, e-commerce solutions, and customer data platforms (CDP).
• Documented experience in contract management, including negotiation, supplier evaluation, and management of software license models.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to manage and engage various stakeholders effectively.
• Experienced in navigating complex project environments, with confidence in collaborating with sponsors and other key personnel.
• Ability to make well-informed and quick decisions that support the project's overall goals.
• Commitment to high integrity and working according to established principles and best practices.
