We are now looking for you who want to be a part of our Guest Service Team! 

The Guest Service Team is where the guest's journey begins. We manage all incoming traffic via phone, email, and chat for private guests who will visit any of ESS Group's destinations. Here we sell experiences with the goal of creating Moments of Happiness and exceeding the guest's expectations right from the first meeting with ESS.

With us, the guest receives accurate information and guidance that allows them to enjoy a fantastic experience based on their circumstances and wishes. Our versatility makes us a “One Stop Shop” for the guest, without them needing to be redirected between different departments. When we finish the call, the guest has booked their room where a bottle of bubbly awaits upon arrival, a lovely spa treatment, a table in the restaurant, and perhaps the stay ends with a Padel match before it's time to go home.

If we succeed with the above, we have paved the way for our colleagues at the destination so they can focus entirely on delivering world-class service, and the guest can seamlessly enjoy their experience. Additionally, hopefully, we have created a loyal guest – our ultimate goal and purpose.

What can a day look like?

Employment type: Special fixed-term employment from mid-October 2025 to February 2026 with a workload of 100%. Salary according to agreement.

Working hours vary during our opening hours, which are every day of the week (8-20 on weekdays & 9-17 on weekends and public holidays). You will belong to the family at OffESS, you can find us on the 24th floor of Jacy'z.

You will receive coaching, feedback, and measurable goals to develop, as well as have around 25 driven colleagues around you to both inspire yourself and inspire others. For those who show commitment and go the extra mile, we promise to do the same for you!

So, who are you?

It is a given for you that sales and service go hand in hand, and you love talking on the phone! You thrive in a fast-paced environment - because it is fast-paced here! Sometimes you handle 90 calls, 50 emails, and 22 chats in a day - HOW FUN?! In the midst of the whirlwind, you are still meticulous and have no problem with multitasking.

• You are an outgoing and results-oriented person, but above all, you are curious, fearless, and have the ability to think outside the box.
• You get energized by competition! Whether it's an internal competition with a colleague about who has taken the most calls that day or a larger sales competition with great prizes at stake, such as overnight stays at our destinations, for example ;-)
• A strong self-leadership and the desire to develop, that is the key to your success with us.
• You speak fluent Swedish and English, but it is also an advantage to know Danish and Norwegian, as our destinations span across the entire Nordic region.
