Senior Service Advisor at Elgiganten

Elgiganten is Sweden's leading retailer of consumer electronics, appliances, and kitchens. We currently employ nearly 3,400 people and have a total of 170 Phonehouse stores and department stores across the country. Do you love contributing to a fantastic customer experience and coaching others? We are now looking for a customer service-driven Senior Service Advisor who has a strong desire to constantly develop themselves and others within the team.

Your role as Senior Service Advisor

For you, communication, coaching others, and achieving results are driving forces. You are a role model when it comes to customer service and coach the team in customer interactions to maintain a consistently high level of service and customer satisfaction in the store. To facilitate our customers and employees in finding what they are looking for, you ensure that we maintain good physical order both in the store and in back areas. You also ensure that the team receives the training and knowledge required for the job while constantly being at the forefront of developing the area forward together with them. You have an eye for detail and are driven to make our processes smooth and efficient to ultimately free up more time for our customers. In this role, you need to be flexible and operationally close, performing your work entirely by participating and acting in the daily operations.

In this role, we are looking for someone with at least two years of experience in sales and an understanding of operations and/or management in a retail chain.
