We are looking for an experienced and responsible Team Leader for our production unit in Strängnäs!

Do you want to lead our team at our state-of-the-art production facility in Strängnäs? We are now looking for an experienced Team Leader in spare parts who can take responsibility for driving and optimizing our spare parts department.

As a Team Leader, you will:

• Lead and motivate the team in spare parts management at the facility.
• Ensure smooth operations and optimize processes for inventory management and logistics.
• Build and maintain relationships within the industry, where your contacts and network will be of great use.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Documented experience as a leader, where you have taken responsibility for a team and driven it towards common goals.
• Solid experience in spare parts management within the automotive industry – you have worked with spare parts and have a strong network within the industry.
• Good computer skills and experience working with various spare parts systems.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Driving license B.

• Structured and meticulous with a natural ability to plan and organize.
• Solution-oriented and driven by seeing results through your team.
• A good communicator who enjoys building relationships and collaborating both internally and externally.

Working hours:

Weekdays 10 AM - 7 PM. Weekend work may occur as needed (Saturdays 8 AM - 5 PM, Sundays 8 AM - 5 PM).

Location: Strängnäs, our newly built production unit along E20.
