Who are we at HelloLilly?
We are a provider to the Employment Service, tasked with supporting the unemployed into jobs or studies and thereby contributing to reduced unemployment in Sweden.
We have been around for four and a half years and have built a large and active community of job seekers thanks to our presence on social media. We interact daily with our target group of job seekers via social media and have millions of video views and thousands of comments each month.
Since our operations began just over 4 years ago, we have built a community of over 100,000 followers on social media, held meetings with over 3,000 employers, and during the same period, we have completed over 2,000 matches where job seekers - mainly long-term unemployed - have found employment or education.
About the position
Do you want to help people enter the workforce? At HelloLilly, we specialize in the Rusta och Matcha program – a service through the Employment Service where we support job seekers to find jobs or education in the shortest possible time. As a customer service representative, you will be a key person in guiding and inspiring our future participants to choose us as their provider, as well as supporting our ongoing participants when needed.
Your main responsibilities
- Receive and follow up on expressions of interest from job seekers.
- Contact leads by phone and motivate them to take action (only warm leads)
- Inform about Rusta och Matcha and why HelloLilly is a strong choice
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential participants.
- Analyze situations and motivate actions accordingly.
- Document calls and perform follow-ups
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Is solution-oriented, driven, and enjoys having clear performance goals
- Has experience in customer service, sales, or advisory roles via phone
- Has a professional and warm demeanor
- Is structured and accustomed to working in systems (we use HubSpot)
Meritorious:
- Knowledge of the labor market and the Employment Service's programs
- Experience working with leads or in social projects
- Speaks multiple languages (e.g., Ukrainian, Arabic, Somali)
