We at Sprio are now looking for a recruitment assistant for one of our internal teams that fills positions for one of Sweden's largest companies in customer service. What will you do?

As a recruitment assistant, you will be an important part of our team and have the opportunity to:

• Conduct phone interviews and participate in selection processes
• Support recruiters in their daily work and eventually conduct your own video interviews
• Write & publish job ads
• Perform administrative tasks such as conducting background checks and reference checks

We are looking for someone who:

• Is driven, fearless, and takes initiative
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and thrives in a dynamic daily routine
• Has a sales-oriented aura and can create a positive feeling in every conversation, perhaps you have previously worked in telemarketing or appointment booking
• Wants to develop in a role where you receive both support and the freedom to grow
