About Apoteket Lärkan, Karlskoga 

We are currently looking for a passionate Pharmacy Manager who is ready to lead and drive our pharmacy, Lärkan, located within the Hospital in Karlskoga. This fantastic hospital pharmacy is known for its large customer flows and high sales volumes, creating a dynamic work environment with significant potential.

Your role

Your mission as Pharmacy Manager for Apotek Lärkan will involve being the driving force behind our fantastic team of a total of 10 employees. We welcome applications from both experienced managers and ambitious and driven pharmacists with the ability to meet set goals. Your commitment extends not only to achieving goals but also to identifying new and innovative ways to solve challenges. What you will do with us:

• Ensure that the workplace maintains high standards of quality, safety, and environment.
• Be responsible for achieving sales and performance targets.
• Be responsible for recruitment and staffing to ensure the workforce at the pharmacies.
• Development and coaching of the team to meet the needs of the pharmacy industry.

We are looking for someone who is a qualified pharmacist. Leadership experience is not an absolute requirement for this role, but we see it as a clear advantage if you have previous experience in leading and motivating teams. Additionally, it would be particularly beneficial if you have prior experience as a responsible pharmacist, which would further strengthen your profile and increase your impact on the pharmacy.

• Have experience in the pharmacy industry.
• Goal-oriented with a good ability to identify new opportunities and strategies to achieve set goals.

• Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for challenging boundaries.
