We are now looking for a Sourcing Project Manager for our client in the automotive industry.

Do you want to lead strategic sourcing of professional services in a fast-growing and innovative company? We are looking for an experienced procurement leader who can drive the entire sourcing process – from strategy and procurement to contracts and supplier follow-up – in close collaboration with both internal and external partners.

About the assignment

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing Polestar's procurement work for professional services from start to finish. You will define procurement strategies together with the business, drive RFI/RFQ processes, negotiate contracts, and ensure delivery and cost efficiency. You will follow up on supplier performance and continuously work on improvements for increased contract compliance and quality.

Mandatory requirements:

Experience in procurement of professional or corporate services

Documented experience of the entire sourcing process (RFI, RFQ, contract negotiation, supplier follow-up)

Strong skills in negotiation, problem-solving, and strategic procurement work

Ability to build and maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers

Desirable:

Experience from the automotive industry
