Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for an experienced air freight forwarder for an assignment with a client in Gothenburg, where you will work in a responsible and varied role within air logistics. As an air freight forwarder, you will be responsible for the entire forwarding process, from booking to delivery. The role requires good structure, a solution-oriented approach, and the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling and coordinating air transports
• Booking, follow-up, and monitoring of shipments
• Contact with customers, airlines, agents, and other partners
• Preparation and control of transport documents.
• Ensuring that deliveries are made according to agreements, timelines, and regulations
• Problem-solving in case of deviations and delays

Location: Gothenburg
Scope: Full-time

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in air freight or international forwarding
• Is used to working independently and taking significant personal responsibility
• Is stress-resistant, meticulous, and service-oriented
• Has good communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Has good system knowledge, preferably Cargowise.
