Purchasing Administrator
Our client is looking for a driven Purchasing Administrator to support the purchasing manager on-site. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to efficient logistics flows in a dynamic environment where your efforts directly impact the success of the business.
ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Purchasing Administrator, you will play a central role in ensuring smooth purchasing and logistics processes. You will support the company with administrative tasks and contribute to effective material flows, which are crucial for the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
- Create purchase orders using templates.
- Monitor and follow up on purchase orders and deliveries.
- Check incoming deliveries and ensure approvals for invoice handling.
- Manage documentation for export materials.
- Book and monitor transport of materials to installation sites.
- Update material lists with arrival dates and serial numbers.
- Be the main contact person for customs handling with Maersk for Norway.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Is studying economics, purchasing, or industrial economics with at least 2 years left in your studies
- Has administrative experience
- Has good computer skills
- Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
It is an advantage if you have
- Previous experience in economics, purchasing, and logistics.
