As we approach summer, we are now looking for driven salespeople who can contribute positivity and motivation to the team! We are looking for someone who is full of energy, loves meeting new people, and sets high standards. The most important thing is not that you are a salesperson today, but that you have the desire to become a skilled salesperson. We provide you with the conditions you need to develop your personal sales style. We aim for high goals and make sure to have fun along the way!
With us, you will meet people from all corners of the world, and your communication skills will be put to the test. As a salesperson, you will be the face of the product. You will take significant personal responsibility and be an important part of the sales results. You will also receive support to develop in your role and work closely with other salespeople, guides, captains, and drivers. Together, you will ensure that our guests carry memories for a lifetime while having a lot of fun together.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactive and active field sales of tickets for Strömma's various sightseeing tours by bus and boat. You will be the one who takes the first step forward, engages with all potential customers, and also closes the sale. As a salesperson, you will be part of a small team but primarily work individually, outdoors in central Gothenburg.

YOU ARE
- Language proficient and fluent in Swedish and English (a third language is a plus).
- Results-oriented and enjoy working towards set goals.
- Flexible and can work effectively under high pressure as well as during quieter days.
- Outgoing, engaged, and contribute to a positive atmosphere around you.
- Loyal and have a strong work ethic.
