As a Content Producer, you play a crucial role in creating clear and inspiring texts that not only engage our customers but also influence their purchasing decisions. Your contribution is central to fulfilling our overall purpose - to make life easier for families.

What tasks does the position include?

Jollyroom's product texts are adapted and improved by our fantastic Content Producers. The team actively works to provide the customer with a safe and accurate basis for decision-making in the purchasing process. As a Content Producer with us at Jollyroom:

You will update existing product descriptions and titles
You will enrich the product range with information tags and images
You will actively work with search engine optimization, SEO
You will work with creative writing that follows our guidelines
You will be involved in the production of product manuals and texts for our category and brand pages
You will work with machine learning and AI solutions for text production
You will create and develop new prompts to improve text quality and relevance
You will be responsible for creating campaigns and discount codes
You will, together with a purchasing team, be responsible for driving, developing, and optimizing category and brand pages.

What profile are we looking for?

Very good writing and language skills in Swedish and English
Quick on the keyboard and self-sufficient in the Office suite, mainly Excel and Word
Knowledge of image editing software is an advantage
Structured, detail-oriented, and an interest in writing
Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards change
Technical experience and the ability to collaborate with other departments
Previous experience working with CMS systems is an advantage
