We are looking for someone who wants a part-time job as a receptionist from July 31 to August 15

We are looking for a positive, engaged, and service-oriented person who wants to work extra for a few weeks this summer. You will cover for regular staff who are on vacation. 

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong sense of service and enjoys helping others
• Is organized and has an eye for detail, with the ability to keep the work environment neat and inviting
• Is orderly and meticulous in your work
• Has a solution-oriented attitude and can handle different situations professionally

Examples of tasks:

• Welcome and assist visitors
• Handle incoming calls and emails
• Receive mail and deliveries
• Manage office emails

Qualifications:

• Communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Experience working with email and phone communication
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook)
• Previous experience in customer service or receptionist work is an advantage

Practical information:

Working hours: Week 31 Mon-Thu 09:00-15:00, Fri 09:00-14:30. Weeks 32 and 33 Mon-Thu 08:00-17:00, Fri 08:00-14:30
