Job Description for Substitute Assistant

We are looking for someone who wants to work with a lively and wonderful woman in Mariefred. The client has multiple disabilities and varying support needs to manage daily life.

Examples of tasks include:

• Dressing and undressing
• Personal hygiene
• Household chores
• Self-care (treatment with lymphatic machine), massage
• Support during medical visits and other activities

We are looking for a stable and secure female assistant who has great respect for your tasks. Experience in personal assistance is an advantage but not a requirement. We place great emphasis on personal suitability in the recruitment process. It is also very beneficial if you as an assistant are flexible as schedule changes can sometimes occur at short notice due to the client's various medical visits.

We are looking for someone who wants to work during the summer when regular staff are on vacation. Perfect for students. The opportunity to work during weeks 28-31 is an advantage.

Additional Information

• Employment type: On-demand
• Scope: During regular assistant's vacation, as needed
• Working hours: Day, afternoon, evening. Weekdays and weekends.
• Start date: Immediately.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
