We are experts in sustainable and secure data center solutions and are in an expansive phase where we are looking for a Maintenance Planner/Coordinator for our site in Falun. We operate in an international market and have strong owners supporting our expansion.

Role Description

As a Maintenance Planner/Coordinator, you will have an overarching perspective on the operations and its status regarding maintenance. Furthermore, you will work with colleagues from operations to create an annual schedule for planned maintenance work that we can share with all our customers on an annual basis.

You will plan maintenance work in collaboration with our own operations team. At the same time, you will be responsible for coordinating our subcontractors who will perform work on-site, as well as coordinating this work with our customers. 

In this role, you need to be aware of contracts (customers and contractors) and have the ability to determine which contractors we need to collaborate with to ensure that maintenance is carried out safely and securely without affecting our delivery to customers. To succeed in this role, you must be meticulous, prioritize safety, and have a strong customer focus and be service-minded.

We are looking for you who want to help build the data centers of the future. You are solution-oriented and want to take responsibility for the development of operational reliability. We believe you are, for example, a trained mechanic, electrician, or technician, preferably with experience in maintenance planning. If you also have experience working with data center operations, that is an additional merit, but not decisive. You are proactive in your work and enjoy working independently. At the same time, you know that collaboration is the key to success and you are good at building relationships. To succeed in this role, you need to be computer literate as part of the work is done in our systems. Furthermore, you are goal-oriented and structured. However, it is most important for us that you share our values and that your personal qualities match the culture of our wonderful team. Last but not least, you have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
