Join Fordonsakademin as an educator for our National Vocational Training Network Technician program. We are in an expansion phase and are now expanding our vocational college with more courses. In the role of educator, you will have a central and influential position where you directly contribute to the quality and relevance of the education. Your expertise and commitment are crucial for our students' success. This position is located in Solna and offers exciting development opportunities in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Independently design and develop lecture materials based on our detailed course plans.
• Plan, conduct, and evaluate lessons within the Network Technician training
• Work closely with the program manager to ensure that the education is of the highest quality
• Collaborate with industry representatives and other teachers to continuously improve and update the education.
• Follow up and support students' progress and learning.

Qualifications You should have extensive experience from both the IT industry and specifically in the role of Network Technician, as these are the areas you will be teaching in.

It is an advantage if you have a good understanding of the structure and regulations of vocational colleges. You should be pedagogical and methodical, with a good ability to handle administrative tasks. You enjoy communicating both in person and in digital formats. You have a strong willingness to take responsibility and are good at collaborating with colleagues. Furthermore, you are well experienced in Office 365 and accustomed to working in various digital systems and platforms. You should also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. If you want to work part-time and/or are a consultant wishing to invoice through your own company, we are open to that as well!
