About the role

As a security guard at Securus, you will work both independently and in teams to contribute to a safe and controlled environment. In some assignments, you will be the only representative from Securus on site, but you are always part of a larger and dedicated team. Regardless of the nature of the assignment, your presence is crucial to create safety for both the public and officials.

You will start directly from home and travel to the assignment location before your shift begins. Shifts are typically 12 hours long, but working hours may vary depending on the assignment.

We are looking for someone who:

• has completed security guard training and feels confident in the role
• is engaged, loyal, and self-assured
• has good physical fitness – some assignments may involve heavy lifting or physical strain
• is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written – documentation and communication are important parts of the job
• thrives in an organization where camaraderie and collaboration are integral to the culture
• has a driver's license (meritorious, but not required)
