As a BVC operator, you will be part of our team of difference-makers working around the clock, all year round, on behalf of our clients. Cubsec AB has over 1000 employees across Sweden and is now looking for new individuals who want to help create safety in society.

The placement with the client means that you, as a security guard, will be located in the Monitoring Center that operates 24/7, every day of the year. Together with the group leaders of the objects, the Monitoring Center leads the minute-to-minute operational work for all security guards. In addition, you will handle burglary alarms, assault alarms, fire alarms, operational alarms, phone calls, radio communication, and video surveillance.

• … always wants to help and manages tasks from start to finish. You are self-assured, flexible, and decisive regardless of the task you may encounter. The role involves collaboration with colleagues and external actors, which requires good teamwork skills. You are a friendly, fearless, and attentive person who finds it easy to talk to people. You should have a high security mindset.

We hope you have…

• Experience working in an Alarm or Monitoring Center.
• Security guard training.
• Experience from working in security-sensitive operations.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills and feel comfortable working in various and complex systems.
• Good multitasking and stress management skills as the job requires you to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• No criminal record and no payment remarks.

The position is a permanent employment with placement in central Stockholm. The position is security classified, and a security screening with a background check will be conducted before employment.
