We are currently looking for someone who wants to be part of our wonderful team and work extra as a personal assistant in Kalmar and surrounding areas!

What does the job of a personal assistant entail?

As a personal assistant, you work with a person with a functional variation. You help with the everyday tasks that many take for granted, such as dressing, taking care of the home, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a significant difference and help someone else's daily life function. We have clients of various ages and with different functional variations, where you can work with one or more of our clients. Your workplace is where the client is, and the job is both varied and eventful. Contributing every day to help a person live their life as they wish is, in our opinion, the most important job in the world.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is committed, respectful, and attentive. We prefer that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. Regardless of your age, life situation, and background, you could be the assistant we are looking for. We appreciate a genuine interest in helping others. You should be able to understand and be understood in Swedish. You should be able to work flexible hours - day, evening, and weekend. Some of our positions also require you to work nights. Experience in care and support is a plus, but not a requirement.

We apply individual salary setting and have collective agreements. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit. Employment can only occur after verification of the work permit, as required by the Aliens Ordinance.
