About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting 12 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Telia. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment as well as for permanent recruitment to Telia in the long term.

The assignment period will be a mutual trial period where you, as a consultant, have the same security as an employee. For those of you who are new to the job market, consulting assignments are a good way to test different roles, network, and build a competitive CV.

Job responsibilities In the role of sales customer service representative, you will only handle incoming calls and inquiries from Telia's existing private customers via phone. Common issues that customers call about may include wanting to change providers or cancel their service or subscription. Your main task is to listen to the customer's needs and find out the actual reason why the customer wants to terminate the agreement. Based on the need, you will inform them about Telia's service offerings that can provide them with a better solution to retain them as satisfied customers. Thus, upselling becomes a natural part of the conversation and the service you are expected to provide.

At the start, you will receive comprehensive training, both theoretical and practical, which will give you all the tools you need to feel secure in your role as a sales customer service representative. Throughout the assignment, you will have close communication with your immediate manager, providing you with continuous support and opportunities to develop in both service and sales.

You will work towards set goals and have the opportunity to influence your salary through a bonus system. The commission is something we see growing month by month, and you have very good opportunities to reach 10,000 SEK per month. 

• Answer incoming calls from customers

• Find solutions to customer inquiries and problems

• Identify sales opportunities by conducting needs analyses and reviewing service offerings

What we are looking for in you:

• Completed and approved upper secondary education

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Previous work experience is advantageous, preferably in customer service and/or sales

Start: September 29 Location: Gothenburg Salary: Fixed salary + commission
