OHB Sweden is a leading company in the space industry, dedicated to providing innovative solutions and services. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team and manage procurements for one of our key projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all procurement activities for a specific project, ensuring that all units are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the project's objectives.
• Identify and qualify new suppliers for critical components, conduct market analysis, and develop sourcing strategies.
• Conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and policies, maintaining transparency on procurement status, issues, and deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Office and Engineering teams to support project needs and proposals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the aerospace or high-tech industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in supplier relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
