🧩 About the role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact for the customer. You will respond to inquiries via chat, email, and phone – always with a friendly and solution-focused approach.

You will:

• Assist customers with questions about products, orders, accounts, and technical issues
• Work with a ticketing system and follow internal procedures
• Contribute to a positive customer experience and maintain a high level of service
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues effectively

We are looking for someone who:

• Has fluent skills in Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish (C2)
• Has good knowledge of English
• Is service-oriented, detail-oriented, and communicative
• Enjoys working in an international team
• Can work shifts, including some weekends and holidays
• Has a clean background check
