Optimal Trappstädning is a well-established company specializing in stair cleaning for housing associations in the Stockholm area. We are known for our high quality and long-lasting customer relationships, many of our clients have been with us for several years. We are now looking for you who want to be an important part of our continued growth!

About the Role:

As a meeting booker, you will contact housing associations and schedule meetings for our salespeople. Your goal is to open doors and create opportunities for new collaborations. You will work primarily with phone and email as your tools and systematically follow up on your contacts.

Your Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact housing associations via phone and email
• Schedule meetings for our salespeople
• Create and maintain lists of potential customers
• Follow up on previous contacts and build relationships
• Work towards clear goals

We are looking for someone who:

• Has drive and enjoys talking to people
• Is persistent and thrives on working towards results
• Has a professional and pleasant phone voice
• Is self-driven and structured
• Previous experience in meeting booking or sales is a plus but not a requirement – we are happy to teach you!
