  • Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze the supplier market to identify new business opportunities, trends, and risks.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments such as product development and logistics to understand needs and drive implementation.
  • Contract Follow-up: Measure and evaluate supplier performance against entered agreements.
  • Information Management: Analyze and present information to provide a basis for management's strategic decisions.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Product knowledge regarding building materials
  • Successful negotiation experience with previous experience in procurement of materials and services
  • Experience in financial management and reporting
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Good administrative skills and a modern approach to documentation and the use of digital tools

Your Personal Qualities:

  • Good communication and social skills, with the ability to create and maintain good business relationships
  • Ability to analyze complex purchasing data to identify cost savings and efficiency opportunities
  • Takes initiative for improvements in the purchasing process and drives change from idea to implementation
  • Focuses on achieving the best total economy by analyzing cost structures and optimizing purchasing strategies

As the position involves travel, you need to have a valid driver's license and access to your own car.

What Can We Offer You?

With us, you get more than just a job – you become part of a community with a clear social mission. We do not just build homes; we build neighborhoods, opportunities, and the future.

We always look forward and question the established. You will have the space to think outside the box, try new things, and learn. Whether you are passionate about technology, sustainability, project management, or communication, there are opportunities for you to further develop.

We believe we are best together. Therefore, we work across boundaries between different areas of expertise and teams, and we support each other to achieve common goals. You will work with skilled colleagues who value quality as much as collaboration, diversity, and inclusion.

We are here to make a positive difference. We care about our customers, members, and the community around us. With us, you will notice that your work matters – for more than just yourself.
