With comprehensive training programs combined with professional hardware and realistic graphics, users train in realistic virtual training environments for agriculture, construction, transport, traffic, and forestry. About the position

As a salesperson at Tenstar Simulation, you are often the first person our customers meet – and thus an important face for the company. In this role, you are responsible for the entire sales process – from the first contact to closing. You will work from your home location and have your primary customer base in central Sweden.

This is a job for you who like to take initiative, enjoy being out among people, and appreciate working structured with the sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, conduct, and follow up on customer meetings, both digitally and in person.
  • Understand customer needs, offer the right solutions, and perform ROI analyses.
  • Document your work in our CRM system.
  • Participate in fairs and events.
  • You enjoy meeting customers and spend about half of your working time traveling.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Business experience with technical products/services.
  • Ability to independently plan and conduct product demonstrations and meetings with new and existing customers.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English.

It is a plus if you have:

  • A background from one or more of the segments relevant to the role; construction, forestry, agriculture.
  • Experience as a teacher/driver in vehicle or machinery operator training.
  • Experience in public procurement.

You have a strong drive and a desire to develop in a fast-growing company. You enjoy working results-oriented with a strong focus on making a difference for the end customer.

  • Location: Remote
  • Start: Employment according to agreement
  • Extent: Full-time, we apply a 6-month probationary period
