Do you enjoy talking to people and are motivated by creating results through good customer relationships? We are looking for a Customer Communicator who wants to combine service with sales – and contribute to enhancing the customer experience in every conversation.

About the role

SkyTech, through its subsidiaries, is Europe's largest supplier of labeling for installations in electrical, plumbing, and ventilation sectors. In one of the subsidiaries, SignsOnDemand1998, customer service, marketing, and sales work for their respective countries. We are now looking for someone to join this team and work with our Norwegian customers. The role involves contacting new customers to inform them of our presence, as well as reaching out to existing customers to gather relevant feedback and inform them about new products.

Your workday will consist of conducting qualitative customer dialogues to improve sales.

The goal of the role

Develop your ability to combine service with sales and gather relevant feedback that strengthens our customer relationships and results.

We believe that you

  • Have previous experience in telephone sales
  • Have experience working with Norwegian customers
  • Have lived or worked in Norway
  • Are a communicative and trustworthy person with a sales drive.
  • Are meticulous in your work and enjoy documenting and following procedures.

Previous experience in telephone sales, customer service with sales elements, or B2C/B2B sales is an advantage – but we place equal importance on your attitude, energy, and willingness to develop.
