📞 Your tasks:

Conduct energizing coaching conversations with participants.

Call employers, pitch candidates, and create opportunities.

Drive the matching process quickly and purposefully.

Follow up, guide, motivate, and keep the participant on track.

Effectively and clearly help participants get into jobs or education.
