Business Developer Logistics – Kuusakoski Recycling

Kuusakoski is now looking for a Business Developer Logistics for Region North who wants to drive sales, build long-term customer relationships, and contribute to the transition towards a more circular economy.

About the role

As a Business Developer Logistics, you will play a central role in developing and expanding Kuusakoski's transport and logistics offerings. You will work both strategically and operationally to identify customer needs, develop effective transport solutions, and drive business from the first contact to contract and follow-up.

You will:

• Actively engage new and existing customers in industry, construction, recycling, and related sectors.
• Analyze customers' transport flows and propose cost-effective, sustainable solutions.
• Be responsible for quotation work, pricing, contracts, and follow-up against set goals.
• Conduct customer visits, participate in tenders, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the strategic sales and marketing efforts as well as the development of new service packages.

This is a new role, which gives you great opportunities to influence both the content and development of the business area moving forward.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Documented experience in B2B sales within transport, logistics, or industry-related services.
• Good understanding of road transport and basic logistics flows.
• Driving license B and speaks and writes Swedish and English.

As a person, you are business-minded, results-oriented, and thrive in a role where you drive processes forward. You work in a structured manner, are self-motivated, and have an easy time building trusting relationships. We would like you to have an established network within relevant industries.

Desirable:

• Experience in selling transport services within the construction or recycling sector.
• Experience in transport planning.
• Post-secondary education in logistics, transport economics, or equivalent.
