We are now recruiting a meeting booker for an established company in roof and facade renovation in Stockholm. The role is based in attractive offices in Östermalm and is suitable for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working towards clear goals, and have experience in telemarketing.

About the role

As a meeting booker, you are the first point of contact with homeowners. Your task is to book free inspections of homeowners' roofs via phone, which are then carried out by the sales team on-site.

You will work in a clear call center environment alongside about seven other meeting bookers. The work is done through a modern auto system, which means you will be on the phone for most of the workday. To thrive in this role, you need to enjoy phone contact, repetition, and a fast work pace.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Contact homeowners via phone (B2C)
  • Present the offer for a free roof inspection
  • Build trust through a professional and attentive dialogue
  • Schedule meetings directly in the sales team's calendar
  • Document calls and bookings in the CRM system
  • Work towards clear goals where the expectation is to book 2 meetings per day

Working hours are Monday–Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 with a one-hour lunch break. The office is equipped with ergonomic chairs and desks, wireless headsets, and modern systems.

This is a demanding role where you will make many calls each day. At the same time, it is a social workplace with morning meetings, shared lunches, sales competitions, events, and afterworks that contribute to a strong team spirit.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience in telemarketing or meeting booking
  • Speaks good Swedish
  • Is confident, professional, and trustworthy on the phone
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle both yes and no
  • Is goal-oriented and motivated by clear results
  • Can work full-time on-site in Stockholm

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience from a call center or similar sales environment
  • Experience in construction, roofing, facade, property-related services or a related field
  • Familiarity with working towards clear KPIs
  • Experience with CRM systems

  • Fixed salary: 15,000 SEK
  • Commission: 300 SEK per booked meeting + 3,000 SEK per deal that the sales team closes based on your meeting
