YourMinds AB works with modern corporate health and training in mental health, work environment, and preventive leadership. The company's unique concept HHR – Heart and Brain Rescue is the mental equivalent of CPR. The company trains managers, HR, and employees to detect signals, dare to ask, and support those with mental health issues before it goes too far.

The training is increasingly in demand across the country. The company is growing rapidly and is now looking for an engaged sales consultant who wants to help spread HHR to workplaces all over Sweden.

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing contact with new customers, primarily municipalities, healthcare and social services, industry, and private companies. The role involves prospecting new customers, so you enjoy calling, emailing, and creating dialogue from scratch. You will work with CEOs, HR, and personnel managers, and your task is to sell the company's training and mission to strengthen mental preparedness in Swedish workplaces.

You can start from your own customer lists but will also have access to materials and lists of potential customers who may need the training.

We believe that you

• Have experience in sales, preferably within healthcare, education, or corporate health
• Are self-driven, proactive, and comfortable in dialogue with decision-makers
• Have a heart for people and want to sell something of real value
• Are comfortable with cold calls and digital meetings
• Experience with CPR training or similar concepts is a plus
