About the position

As a booking advisor in the Ordering & Advisory group at Feelgood, you will be part of a team of about 20 employees. Your tasks will largely consist of answering customer calls; some calls are of a simpler nature such as cancellations/rescheduling, while others require a needs analysis and assessment of how we can assist the customer within our offerings and guidance to the next steps to help the customer.

In addition to phone calls, we also have digital systems such as an app and web portal from which our customer cases come in. We also use digital support systems to retrieve the information needed to manage cases. This means that we work in several different systems simultaneously while maintaining customer contact, which requires good multitasking abilities. The position mainly involves providing good service, acting advisory, problem-solving, and being attentive. You should be able to handle periods of higher workload as the volume of incoming cases can vary during different periods.

We are looking for someone who is service-minded, curious, and solution-oriented. You are responsible and see your part in the team's whole, both regarding our own conditions and in the service we provide to our customers. You enjoy working in a team and want to contribute to our joint development regarding both customers and our internal processes. At the customer center, we need to quickly adapt to changing needs from customers or internally, which means we continuously have ongoing change and improvement work. For you to thrive with us, we believe you appreciate and engage with change and development. Furthermore, we see that you have a strong work ethic and the ability to plan your own work. You are accustomed to quickly familiarizing yourself with new systems and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have at least 2 years of experience in administrative tasks and can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. At a minimum, you have a high school diploma. The right candidate likely has experience in both customer service and some form of healthcare background. It is also advantageous to have worked with record-keeping and customer relations.
