About the job

• Support for Swedish-speaking Netflix subscribers.
• Communicate via chat and phone with subscribers.
• Answer questions about how to pay.
• Troubleshoot streaming and content issues.
• Assist subscribers with questions about how to navigate Netflix.

We are looking for someone who

• Excellent knowledge of the Swedish language.
• Fluent in English.
• Good communication and social skills as well as problem-solving abilities.
• Computer literacy/technical awareness.
• Being a fan of TV series (or even a Netflix subscriber) will be considered an extra asset!
