About the job

• Customer support via incoming phone calls, emails, and chat where you analyze problems and quickly, engagingly, and pedagogically solve customers' issues of both simple and complex nature.
• Upselling - where you will perform a needs analysis in each call and inform all customers about ongoing campaigns.

We are looking for someone who

• Is at least 18 years old.
• Is fluent in Swedish (spoken and written) and has good English skills.
• Has basic computer knowledge.
• Is service-oriented, professional, and meticulous but also responsible, goal-oriented, stress-resistant, and enjoys problem-solving.
• Is flexible, available, and ready to work here for at least 6 months.
