Brilliant Values is now looking for structured and goal-oriented salespeople who want to work remotely with telemarketing within several well-established projects.

We are a Swedish sales company with extensive experience in both B2C and B2B. In 2025, we opened up for remote work and are looking for individuals who can handle freedom without losing discipline.

🧩 About the role:

You will work with outbound sales via phone within one of our three project tracks:

  • B2C – basic level - Clear offers, high tempo, smile & dial.
  • B2C – advanced level - More consultative sales, higher demands on sales quality and accuracy.
  • B2B - Corporate clients, longer dialogues, higher business professionalism.

Which project you start in will be determined by your experience, performance, and willingness to develop – not by how long you have “been around”.

This is not a “work whenever you want” setup.

🎯 We are looking for someone who:

  • Has documented sales experience or a clear aptitude for sales
  • Is comfortable with the phone
  • Takes responsibility for results, not excuses
  • Can handle feedback, follow-up, and measurability
  • Can work independently but follow structure

Previous experience in call centers, B2C sales, or B2B sales is an advantage – but attitude beats CV.
