We are now recruiting an outdoor salesperson for an established and growing company in roof and facade renovation in Stockholm. The role is suitable for you who have several years of sales experience, are confident in customer meetings, and enjoy working independently in the field with clear responsibility for business and results.
This is not a junior entry-level role. We are looking for someone who has built business acumen, structure, and trust in their sales and who wants to work long-term with private customers.

About the role
As an outdoor salesperson, you will work with pre-booked meetings with homeowners around the Stockholm area. The meetings are booked by the company's appointment setters, and your responsibility is to conduct visits (average 4-6 visits per day), build trust, conduct needs analysis, and present solutions in roof and facade renovation.
The work is done in teams of two, where one person focuses on the sales and relationship-building part of the customer meeting while the other is responsible for the technical inspection and is up on the roof, etc. Together, you guide the customer through needs, conditions, and solutions, creating the business together.
You are the customer's primary business contact and work closely with both the booking team and technical function. The role combines relationship-building sales with closing deals and requires high professionalism, structure, and accountability.
Your main responsibilities
• Conduct sales visits to homeowners according to booked meetings
• Build trust and lead the dialogue throughout the customer meeting
• Identify needs and present relevant solutions
• Collaborate closely with the technical inspection colleague in the team
• Work towards clear goals related to meetings, closures, and quality
• Document deals and follow-ups in the CRM system
We are looking for someone who
• Has documented experience (+3 years) in sales, preferably B2C
• Is confident in customer meetings and used to working with private individuals
• Has worked as an outdoor salesperson, field salesperson, or in a similar role
• Is socially smart and can adapt to different people and is naturally strong at building relationships
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish
• Holds a B driver's license
Meritorious
• Experience from construction, contracting, roofing, facade, or related industry
• Experience with higher-value deals
• Familiarity with working towards clear KPIs and follow-ups
• Own car
