At Niemi Bil in Luleå, you will belong to our workshop on Spantgatan, where we work with both the cars we buy and sell as well as external customer cars.

About the role

As a Service Advisor at Niemi Bil, you will work administratively in our workshop. In your role, you will be in contact with customers and help them book the right service for their car, ensuring that each person receives a safe and helpful response that exceeds their expectations.

You will work in a closely-knit team, where teamwork and helpfulness are the most important, and where our good reputation among our customers is our greatest pride!

Your work will be as varied as the people you come into contact with, and above all, very developing both technically and personally, and you will have the space to learn new things every day.

Who are you applying?

We would like you to have good knowledge of cars and experience from the industry. You are friendly, helpful, and service-oriented, good at communicating, and willing to assist both customers and colleagues.

You enjoy working both independently and together with a close-knit team. Personal service and good customer interaction will be an important part of the role.

As a person, we value that you are positive, goal-oriented, and see opportunities rather than obstacles. You should also be meticulous, able to keep many balls in the air, and have the ability to adapt to new situations.

Key competencies/abilities

• Relevant automotive education or previous work experience as a mechanic or in the workshop industry
• B driver's license
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Other

You will work at our workshop in Luleå. The position is full-time with an initial probationary period of 6 months. Start date is according to agreement. We offer a secure employment with a collective agreement and occupational pension, and we care about our employees' health by offering wellness grants.
