In the role of system manager within production technology at Nammo, you will have a unique opportunity to influence and develop how our production-related IT systems are used. You will be responsible for the operation, development, and optimization of several central systems, including the operation monitoring system Baltazar, the SPS system Rekton, the maintenance system Effecto, and the business system Microsoft D365.

You will be a key person in the connection between production, technology, and IT. An important part of the role will be to ensure that the systems are used fully and integrated effectively with each other, for example through data lake or cloud solutions. It is a broad role where you will work closely with IT, production technology, process managers, and the maintenance department, always with the efficiency of the business and future development in focus.

You will:

• Develop and manage our Manufacturing Information Systems (MIS)
• Ensure that the systems communicate effectively with each other
• Support users with training and support
• Work as a superuser, developer, and trainer in our production-related systems
• Ensure IT security and operational reliability in the systems
• Identify areas for improvement and drive technical development

This is a new role that you will help shape – with ample opportunity to influence both work methods and technical development.

We are looking for someone who is analytical, solution-oriented, and self-driven. You have a genuine interest in how technology can contribute to smarter production, and you enjoy tackling new systems and processes. You don’t need to know everything from the start; the most important thing is your curiosity, willingness to learn, and engagement!

We would like you to have:

• Experience with operation monitoring systems, automation, MES, SCADA, OEE, or ERP
• Knowledge of database management and user interfaces (e.g., Microsoft Fabric)
• Previously worked in an industrial environment, preferably close to production
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate
• Education in IT, automation, systems science, or equivalent work experience

You are proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
