Prominent AS is looking for a relationship-driven and results-oriented Field Sales Representative.

At Prominent AS, we develop and deliver smart and sustainable solutions for dosing systems and water treatment. We are now seeking an engaged and self-driven Field Sales Representative who will help strengthen our position in the Norwegian market. The role is central to developing our customer portfolio, driving strategic sales, and being an important advisor for our customers in the industrial and project market. www.prominent.com

Your main responsibilities:

Customer acquisition and growth

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and leads
  • Increase the number of active customers and expand the customer portfolio
  • Deliver tailored solutions based on customer needs and technical requirements

Customer portfolio and key accounts

  • Build and develop relationships with key customers
  • Responsible for the entire sales process: from needs assessment to signed agreement
  • Increase the value per customer through upselling and cross-selling

Sales processes and pipeline

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with high quality
  • Ensure high forecast accuracy and continuous follow-up in CRM
  • Active follow-up of KPIs, including weekly customer meetings and sales activities

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with the technical department, service, and marketing
  • Share insights and experiences to ensure an optimal customer journey

Who are we looking for?

Experience and competence

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably within technical equipment, chemicals, or water treatment
  • Strong understanding of technical solutions and value-based selling
  • Good business acumen and experience with CRM systems
  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with customers

Personal qualities

  • Self-driven and structured
  • Analytical and goal-oriented
  • Service-oriented and curious
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal
