Regementsgatan is a nursing home with 58 places for individuals with dementia diagnoses and somatic conditions. Job Description

As a nurse at Regementsgatan, you will collaborate with shared responsibility for the entire operation.

• Permanent position 100%
• Working hours based on a 40-hour work week/regular week.
• Start date according to agreement
• Driver's license is required

We are looking for a licensed nurse with professional experience and an interest in elderly care. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy mentoring and delegating tasks to care assistants in health and medical tasks and are motivated to work with your colleagues to create high-quality care for those living with us.

At our facilities, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans to enhance the quality of life for residents, while also being the one to make assessments and decisions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. The transition to Close Care means that more healthcare interventions at a specialized level are taking place at the facility. This gives you a variety of stimulating and developing tasks. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks.
