We are now looking for a Digital Project Manager for our client

Our client is seeking an experienced and driven project manager who wants to help digitalize critical safety processes ahead of the launch of a new industrial operation in Boden. In this key role, you will lead the work of developing and implementing digital solutions for safety checks, incident management, training, chemical safety, and crisis preparedness.

You will coordinate multiple suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure that the systems meet the business requirements – on time and with the right functionality. The assignment requires a structured approach, technical understanding, and good communication skills.

Requirements Profile

Knowledge: You have an academic degree in IT, engineering, or equivalent. You have a good understanding of digital systems and process development in a technical or industrial environment.

Experience: You have documented experience in driving larger digital projects, preferably within telecommunications, network infrastructure, or industrial digitalization. You are accustomed to managing complex timelines, leading suppliers, and establishing clear documentation.

Leadership: You are experienced in leading and motivating cross-functional teams in changing environments. You build trust and create consensus between technology, business, and safety functions.

Independence: You are a self-directed project manager who takes initiative and has the ability to navigate dynamic organizations with many stakeholders.

Meritorious:

Experience with safety or EHS-related digital solutions

Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe)

Experience in operational improvement work within production or industry

Ability to simplify complex issues and drive solution work forward
