We are looking for a Technical Purchaser to join our client's team in Helsingborg!

Do you want to contribute to the development of high-tech solutions in nuclear technology and industry? We are now seeking a Technical Purchaser for our client – a role where you will play an important part in securing deliveries of components and materials for our advanced systems and products.

As a purchaser at our client, you will work closely with product development, project deliveries, and our production. The role suits you if you enjoy technology, are solution-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic environment where you can be both operational and development-focused. You will be employed by Processbemanning and hired as a consultant to ISEC.

Your responsibilities

• Be responsible for project and operational purchasing within R&D, production, and system deliveries
• Support negotiations and follow up on purchasing agreements with suppliers
• Coordinate the company's purchasing needs and orders
• Follow up on deliveries based on lead time, quality, and cost
• Document and develop our purchasing processes
• Drive improvement work and solve purchasing-related issues
• Participate in project assessments regarding budget, time, and assembly
• Support logistics and transportation issues
• Develop functions in our business system Monitor related to purchasing, orders, and inventory
• Be a key person in our quarterly inventory
• Conduct internal presentations and share knowledge within the organization

We are looking for someone who has the following:

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in purchasing or a similar field
• Service-oriented, communicative, and enjoys working in a team
• Proactive and wants to be involved in developing processes and systems
• Has a high school education or equivalent – preferably with a technical focus
• Has a genuine interest in technology and industry

Meritorious:

• Post-secondary education in purchasing or another equivalent qualification

About the position

You will be part of a smaller, growing company with short decision-making paths and significant responsibility. The role requires a hands-on and solution-oriented approach where you are flexible and engaged.

Work location: Helsingborg Extent: Full-time Reports to: Head of Operations Travel: May occur, approx. 2–10 days/year
