Kåge Health Center - if you want to work and live close to the sea! It is an advantage if you love nature experiences. Here you will meet a large mix of young and older people in a growing community. Working at Kåge Health Center means you will have a varied, challenging, and developing job in close collaboration with a well-functioning team of 15 employees. Everyone cares about each other's work environment, and together we constantly engage in dialogue about how it can be developed and improved. There are 5,000 registered patients here. The health center is located outside Skellefteå with good bus connections to the city center. Kåge also has Skellefteå's largest port located within Kågefjärden, well protected and directly adjacent to a cozy harbor café worth a visit.

In the Skellefteå Local Health Care Area, the Emergency Department, Medical and Geriatric Clinic, Rehabilitation Center, Psychiatric Clinic, and Primary Care in Skellefteå and Norsjö are included. Together, these will work for good and close care. Kåge Health Center is one of four health centers in Skellefteå's northern primary care area. The other units consist of Byske, Ursviken, and Morö Backe health centers.

The health centers form our most important base for close care. A joint development journey has been initiated called Livskraft together for sustainable primary care with good quality and increased job satisfaction.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an assistant nurse with us, you contribute knowledge and commitment that makes people feel safe. Your tasks include sample collection, assistance to doctors, suture removal, and dressings. Audiograms, EKGs, and 24-hour blood pressure monitoring are other commonly occurring tasks.

The work offers great variety in terms of content and pace. We expect you to prioritize good service and actively work to develop relationships and be positive about improvement efforts to develop the operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a certified assistant nurse education, and we would like you to have a few years of experience. Previous work in primary care and knowledge of the operational systems NCS Cross and Ros are desirable merits.

Good collaboration skills are crucial, and it is desirable if you are proactive, have good communication skills, and have an interest in emergency care. We are looking for someone who is meticulous and responsible, a person who wants to help develop our work. We believe you enjoy variation in your work and have the ability to take significant personal responsibility.

You are confident in your profession and enjoy working in a team with other professional categories. We would like you to have previous experience working at a health center.
