We at Attendo are now looking for a Group Manager for Attendo Regementsgatan in Visby, a nursing home with 58 apartments. 

About the role

As a group manager, your primary task is to coach and work alongside the team in daily care work. The role involves present and supportive leadership in the operations where a larger part of the job is to work with our customers. You have personnel and planning responsibility for your workgroup and are involved in developing and quality-assuring the operations in accordance with Attendo's working methods and values.

You have several group manager colleagues and you collaborate, exchange ideas, and share experiences. As a group manager, you report to the operations manager and have the opportunity to influence through your participation in the local management group.

Main responsibilities

• Guide and work in daily care work together with the team.
• Responsible for daily operations and planning on the department/floor for your team.
• Personnel responsibility; recruitment, onboarding of new employees, development conversations.
• Involved in developing and quality-assuring the operations.

Qualifications

• Trained nursing assistant or equivalent work experience, preferably in elderly care.
• Good computer skills.
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.

It is an advantage if you also have

• Previous experience in leadership, coordination, or planning.
• Experience in elderly care.
